Launch control

Configure launch activation, RPM control and release conditions for the vehicle's available inputs.

Available modes

Launch control provides a calibrated RPM limit and wheel-speed-triggered operation. Available settings include the soft-limit offset, limiter type, wheel-speed release threshold and electronic-throttle ramp-out where supported.

Setup order

  1. Verify the launch switch/request and wheel-speed inputs.
  2. Set a conservative launch RPM.
  3. Choose the intended limiter behaviour.
  4. Set the release condition and verify launch disengages reliably.
  5. Only then tune launch RPM/torque for traction and driveline behaviour.
